dues and book sale monies we support the following events:
Children's Summer Reading; Adult Summer Reading; Young Adult Summer
Reading; Adult Winter Reading; Books for Babies; Teen Trivia; Author
Visits; JLCrew; Staff
Appreciation; Continuing Education; Book Baskets for Waiting Rooms;
Library Programs including speakers, music, travelogues, etc.
These
worthy programs are not supported by taxes. |

Friends of the Wells County Public Library Mission Statement
The
purpose of this organization shall be:

to
maintain an association of persons interested in books and
libraries
-
to
focus public attention on library service, facilities and
needs
-
to
stimulate gifts of books, magazines, desirable collections,
endowments and bequests
-
to
support the library financially and with volunteer services.
