2010 Adult Summer Reading Program Rules

1. Register at the Main Library or Ossian Branch and receive a pencil and a specially made bookmark.

2. Only books completely read between June 1st and July 31st are eligible.  If a book is chosen from the Children's Room, it must have at least 125 pages.  We are allowing audio books.  Attendance at one summer program may be substituted for one book.  BRING YOUR LOG WITH YOU TO THE PROGRAM AND A STAFF MEMBER WILL VERIFY ATTENDANCE.

3. *This year's REQUIRED ITEM must have the word fish, river, or water in the title, subtitle, or author's name.*  Please record this book on Line 4.  Examples: "Waterfall" by Robin Jones Gunn or "Islands" by Anne Rivers Siddons.  The Water Garden Program counts as a REQUIRED ITEM.

4. Return this completed form to the Library by 6:00 p.m. on July 31st to claim earned prizes.

5. Completed forms and additional 4 slips turned in between July 1st and July 25th will be entered in the weekly drawings held each Monday in July.  Winners will select their prizes from the available prizes.

6. Finish the program and get invited to a party on Tuesday, August 3rd at Main Library.  The party is scheduled for 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.  Prize drawings will begin about 6:15 p.m.  Prizes won at the party must be picked up by Saturday, August 14th by 12:00 p.m.
