Colbert Cemetery
Location: Between State Road 218 and County Road 1000 W in Jackson Township, Wells County, Indiana.
This cemetery was not in the original index. Since this is on private property with no roads leading to it, permission must be granted, by Bill Shuttleworth, before entering. The 1881 Historical Hand Atlas shows that William, Isaac and George Colbert owned land in the area. C. Brubaker found 12 graves without any names or information. No one seems to be aware of any records for this cemetery.
