Emanuel Cemetery
Location: County roads 200 N & 500 W in Rock Creek Township, Wells County, Indiana.
The original introduction states: “This cemetery was first established by the Reformed Church Congregation. In 1941 the church building and cemetery site was purchased by the Emanuel Church Congregation, thus the cemetery became known as the Emanuel Cemetery. Data was submitted by Mr. & Mrs. Clarence Gordon, members of the Wells County Historical Society.
S. Dailey walked this cemetery during the summer of 1999. We were able to borrow the cemetery records and plot map from C. S. Miller in July 1999. R. Henly incorporated the information into this update. The first person listed in the cemetery records is Isaac Fishbaugh, no dates given.
