Library cards are issued immediately to residents of Wells County if you are over the age of 18 with proof of address. Library cards are valid for three years. Those under 18 must have a legal guardian sign their application before they can get a card.

  • Mail (other than personal letter)
  • Property Owners: must bring property tax bill yearly

  • Residents of Wells County who do not live within the city limits of Markle
  • Persons owning property in Wells County
  • Residents of Markle approved for reciprocal borrowing.  Call the library at (260) 824-1612 for more information.
  • Teachers at Wells County schools
  • Institutions in Wells County
