Circulation Policy
Patrons
Within the
Library facilities, the use of the library collection is free to
all. Library cards are free to residents or property owners of
Wells County. Library card holders of the Wells County Public
Library fall into the following categories:

Adult -
Resident of Wells County, age 18 or older

Young
Adult - Resident of Wells County, age 12 through 17

Children
- Resident of Wells County, age 4 through 11

Teacher
- Extended privileges free for school year only

Non-Resident, Full Year - Full privileges of library for a fee of
$60 per year

Non-Resident, 1/2 Year - Full privileges of library for a fee of
$30 (fee returned if proof of Wells County address is provided
within 60 days of purchase)

PLAC -
Limited privileges for all Indiana Libraries for a fee of $50 for
one year.
