St. Johns Cemetery (Union Twp.)

Location: On County Road 200 W and south of County Road 1000 N, Section 14 of Union Township, Wells County, Indiana.

The original index states “The St. John Cemetery was established by the St. John Lutheran Church and both occupied land originally owned by Mr. Edward Platt. The Church is no longer in existence. The first adult to be buried here was Mrs. Catherine Fusselman in 1858. Data was compiled by Mr. and Mrs. Harold Krinn, members of the Wells County Historical Society.”

C. Brubaker walked this cemetery in 1999.

B. Imel let us copy the cemetery map.  We added that information into this revised index.
