Rules
-
Completely fill out the information for all 3
books in the booklet.
-
Earn a ticket for each 125 pages you read.
If the book is over 125 pages and under 250 pages, you will
receive one ticket. If it is between 250 and 374 you
earn 2 tickets, etc.

If the library does not own the book, you must
bring the book in to verify the pages.

Unnumbered graphic novels are worth 1 ticket.
Books from Adult and YA under 125 pages are worth 1 ticket.
Books under 125 pages from Children's Room will not be
accepted.

Audio books count as the number of pages in the
print copy of the book. If the library does not own a
print copy, then 3 hours = 100 pages.

Tickets are to be filled out with name, grade
completed, phone number, e-mail address and tub number.
Please write legibly! If we cannot read the handwriting
on the ticket, we will throw it away. Tickets may be
placed in tubs for specific prizes. There will be
monthly prizes and end of the program prizes. You do not
have to be present to win.

All books must be started ON OR AFTER June 1st
to count towards the Summer Reading Program.

Everyone will earn a book off the spinner, a
Tin Caps ticket, a 50˘ Brew Ha! coupon and the tickets you
earned by turning in this booklet. Every book that you
read after that will be worth tickets for prizes. You
must read three books to be eligible for the party and end of
program prizes.

You may also fill out the Genre Bonus Sheet to
earn additional tickets for the books you read.

All books must be read by July 31st. ALL
PRIZES MUST BE PICKED UP BY AUGUST 15th.

All tickets must be in tubs by closing on July
31st.

9th - 12th grade party, Monday, August 3rd,
6:00 - 8:00 pm.

6th - 8th
grade party, Thursday, August 6th, 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
Genre Bonus Rules
-
Earn additional tickets by reading 1 book from
each genre.
-
4 books from 4 different genres = 4 tickets
(beyond the tickets you earned for reviews).

8 books from 8 different genres = 10 tickets.
-
12 books from 12 different genres = 16 tickets.
-
You must have a review entry filled out for
each book on the genre sheet.
-
You may fill out only 1 genre sheet.
-
You may turn
in the genre sheet 1 time.
